HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

We are appointment based only. For pricing, real-time availability and booking, please text or call the location nearest you. 

BOOKING DEPOSIT INFO:
Due to a high interest in our services, we require a $50 retainer fee for lashes and $200 for brows in order to secure the appointment date and time. This deposit will be credited towards the service on the day of. Appointments are NOT secured until deposit has been placed.
 

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on-time to your appointment. If client arrives within 30 minutes of the appointment, the artist will do the best of their ability with the time remaining. If client is more than 30 minutes late, we will require the appointment to be rescheduled. Please see cancellation policy below. Thank you for your understanding as our artists have limited time for each scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that all clients please give us at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. If more than 24 hour notice is given, the deposit will be transferred to rescheduled appointment or refunded in full.

All appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours, including rescheduling or "no shows" within the 24 hour period, will be subjected to a $50.00 fee. If a deposit has been placed for the appointment, the entire deposit will be kept.

All fees need to be paid in full prior to receiving services. This is to compensate for the artist’s time. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

For brow services, clients must be at least 18 years of age.

For lash services, all minors must have legal guardian present in person to sign consent.

APPOINTMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ONCE SERVICES HAVE BEGUN.
